BioI started this journal to talk about stitching. I am passionate about embroidery - from medieval split stitch to Elizabethan plaited braid and detached buttonhole to modern cross stitch.
In addition to embroidery, I also like trivia. Mundanely, I work for a university in the International Admissions office - I evaluate credentials from around the world. I have picked up some bizarre trivia about educational systems around the world, but I will try not to bore you with them. I used to work in a library; I was an archivist and researcher in my last library job - and I picked up other random, useless trivia there, too. Did you know that the last battle of the American Revolutionary War was in Arkansas?
